Returns

We stand behind the quality of our skin care products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs. In the case of damaged or defective items, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Refunds

At Professional Skin Care Lab, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with our skin care products. If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we offer a straightforward refund process.
 
Eligibility for Refund:
To be eligible for a refund, you must initiate the return process within 30 days of the product delivery date. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Refund Options: 
Upon receiving and approving your return, we offer two refund options:
1. Credit Card Refund: If your original payment was made using a credit card, we will issue a refund directly to the same credit card.
2. Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) Refund: If you prefer, we can process the refund by transferring the amount directly to your bank account via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT).

Processing Time:
Once your return is received and approved, we will process the refund within 2 business days. 
The exact timing of the refund reaching your account may depend on your financial institution or card issuer.

Non-Refundable Items:
Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items:
